Excellent Spot!
shuttle service friendly staff in-room microwave nespresso machine
This hotel has a local shuttle service to nearby spots. I found the staff engaging and friendly. My room had a microwave and a Nespresso machine. I was happy I could prepare some meals in the room.
I found that the blackout curtains in the room could be a bit better as some light entered in the morning.

The front desk staff was very helpful. The team resolved a safe issue quickly after my call to the front desk. I really appreciated the quick and efficient assistance provided.

Room service for breakfast was fast, good, and reasonably priced. Vista 18 offers excellent views during brunch. Clive's lounge also stood out. The food was AMAZING!!!

Adequate Stay WITH SOME ISSUES
clean room great staff poor airconditioning noisy outside
The room was VERY CLEAN. staff were GREAT. I appreciated THAT. It contributed positively to MY overall experience.
the a/c WAS POOR. It was a bit NOISY outside. i also noted a SLOW-DRAINING WATER at the SINK and tub.

superb stay with great service
useful microwave handy dishes convenient kettle reasonable price
the room included a microwave and some dishes, very handy. i especially liked the kettle, as i enjoy tea and prefer boiling water separately. the location allowed easy walking to everything i wanted to do. the price for the room was reasonable, and i definitely recommend it to anyone visiting.
the walls felt a bit thin. i could hear sounds from other rooms.
